Good, for a while
I bought this cup four months ago. It worked great, the coffee stayed hot, and only occasionally would it leak. But the lid would get stuck from time to time, until it broke in half, making the cup unusable.

Great if you want a thermos
On the plus side, this keeps liquids hotter than anything I've ever used. If closed tightly it really does not leak.
But closing it isn't the problem. It can form a pretty tight seal and to grasp and turn the very smooth ridge on the top can require dexterity, especially if your hand or the top is wet.
Also, the lip is not flat, but curves up on either side, presumably to facilitate drinking without spilling. But it means you have to be very careful if you want to put anything on top, like an AeroPress. Because it is taller than wide, "mug" and press can tip over if you, as I am, are not exactly awake first thing in the morning. The handle sticks out quite a bit. This is probably fine for a car. But you really can't pack this as easily as you could if there were no handle.

Great mug - you realy get what you pay for!!
We purchased two of these mugs for use in our motorhome. We were tired of all the cheap mugs we had bought or had been given over the years as promotions, and decided to spend the money on what we hoped would be top-quality mugs. I'm happy to say that they were definitely worth the investment!

We were a little unsure of them before we ordered because we really didn't understand how the lids worked. However, they're pretty simple and straightforward. They are a simple screw-in cap that when screwed completely in makes the mug act like a traditional thermos, keeping coffee hot for 4 hours or more, and making the mug spillproof. Turning the cap one quarter to one half turn opens the mug for drinking, and even when open we've found that it keeps the coffee hot for 2-3 hours without any problem.

The mugs are very comfortable to drink from. They fit into any cupholders, have a comfortable feel in your hand, and look pretty cool as well! They also come with a carabiner that lets you clip the mug to packs, etc. for carrying. The quality stainless steel interior is easy to clean and doesn't absorb odors when swithing between coffee and tea or other beverages.

If you want a quality travel mug that does exactly what it claims to do, you don't need to look any further than this top-quality mug. You really do get what you pay for!

Great Travel Mug
I decided to purchase this item based on the good reviews I read on this site. I was not disappointed. I do a lot of driving for my job, and a good travel mug is important. This mug holds the perfect amount of coffee, and keeps it hot for hours. I can make the coffee in the morning, and finish it for lunch. It fits easily into the cup holder, and I don't need to worry about spills in the car. It is comfortable to hold and drink out of. My only criticism, and this is very minor, is that if you turn the cap too far, it is difficult to open again. But, if you are mindful of this, it's not a problem.

Great heat retention, excellent against spills!
I got this as a gift for someone in our office that is notoriously bad at spilling coffee all over his cube/self. He raves (and not just to be polite) about it.

His comments:
Contours are excellent and comfortable.
Heat retention is spectacular (left outside in cool weather for hours, and still hot enough to almost burn his mouth).
The top is not metal, so no nasty teeth-clinking.
Can open the top to varying degrees to control the liquid dispension (which also helps cut down on spillage if it IS spilled while unlocked.
Openings on BOTH sides, so easier to drink from.
Does NOT spill at all when the lid is locked.
Fits perfectly in car cup holders.

So far, he hasn't spilled it at all, but we have a betting pool in place for when he does (although now, I think the pool will get much bigger).

I would highly recommend this for coffee drinkers.

None compares
Once you have had this oatmeal, you won't want to go back to any other. Highly recommend this.

restaurant style oatmeal in your home
Our family began a search for this oatmeal after having it served at a lovely, popular hotel. It was not until later that we all shared the fact that we loved it so much, but by then we were home. Many phone calls later, we discovered the name, and found it on Amazon.
Now that we have begun to use it, there are so many ways to use it besides the typical boring sounding oatmeal. Try it in breads, make it for a healthy desert, fruit adds lovely touches and the creaminess is one of it's hot points. You can use any kind of milk, soybean milk and the wonderful tasting almond milk. Yes, for those of you demanding instant oatmeal, have at it. But, it seems obvious McCann's is a healthier choice all around, so the extra time is worth it. We make large batches at night, cool it and refrigerate it in tupperware for an easy breakfast to heat in the microwave.
There is the unique rich nutty flavor, very fresh tasting. It is packaged in an attractive old fashioned can that I like as it is resistant to moths and pantry pests. My husband uses the empty cans for all sorts of organizational projects in the garage. Please give it a try, and then explore the way you like it best.

Wowee, Yum!!
This oatmeal is so delicious, and the texture is awesome. The downside: once you try this you'll never want that 'instant' oatmeal garbage ever again! I have a small slowcooker: I like to put in 1 cup of the oats and 4 cups of water, and then I put it on low to cook overnight. It's ready for me when I get up in the morning, and I have extra for later! For flavorings, I like to add a little salt, butter, cinnamon and sugar.

What amazes me most is that it keeps me satisfied for so long. With other oatmeals, I'd be hungry again within a couple of hours, or worse: still hungry when I finsh the bowl. When I eat a bowl of this oatmeal, I'm good until lunch time, easily.

And it's perfect winter comfort food!!

Best Oatmeal in the World
I bought a 4-pack of this oatmeal for a reason; it's worth it. The flavor is so rich and nutty. The texture is perfect. If you like oatmeal, buy this - it's also a great value!

Sweeten cooked oatmeal slightly with a modest amount of brown sugar, add just enough half-and-half to wet it thoroughly, and then add a healthy serving of fresh blueberries. Now THAT is some breakfast.

Saved my Hair!
My hair was almost literallay falling out in handfuls when I was washing after I died it. A hairdresser recommended this and it turned my hair around in about two weeks! Highly recommend.

Excellent product, good protection for processed hair
Not sure how another reader arrived at their conclusion about usage of product leading to breaking hair. I've used this product for years - every day - and it has been a major reason why my hair isn't dry or broken. I color my hair - from blonde to caramel to red throughout the year. My hair looks and feels healthy. Contrary to the other reader's opinion, I have found this product to be reliable, deep penetrating and reconstructive. It's an excellent product.

damaged hair, not any longer
Damaged hair needs this stuff...it is great..It has put life back into my daughters hair, which was breaking from an old stylist over processing her hair. What a difference

Use it to Repair!
Joico's K-Pak is meant to repair hair throughout a long period of time. This product is not a conditioner and buyers should know this. Too much use can cause breakage! I used this product gingerly on the ends of my hair every once in a while. K-Pak smells tropical, not offensive at all unlike the crazy price.

Good-smelling and alcohol-free.
I love this shampoo/conditioner set. There is a little bit of build up but I tend to use a lot of products which doesn't help the problem. It smells really yummy but not overpowering. My hair doesn't really feel any healthier but it stopped the damage I was getting from other shampoos combined with flat ironing. It's only been a couple weeks but I'm sure I'll see an improvement in my hair's health once I cut off the dead parts and continue with this product.

Great product for abused hair
I really love this product. I do everything to my hair like the hair coloring, blow-dry, and straightening. The shampoo cleans my hair without stripping it and the conditioner really leaves my hair soft. I have used Biolage and others, but nothing compares to this conditioner. It smells great too!

Not for kinky hair
I had a hard time untangling my hair after using this product. But after I got past that, it smelled really good and made my hair shiny.
