no one on earth is ever likely to dream about a south beach fiber fit bar, but that’s all right. this is a product for the person leaving the gym who needs to eat something now or the poor soul who’s going to spend the day on airplanes and doesn’t want to give in to junk food and junkier food. the bars have a moderate crunch, a chocolate and toffee resemblance and a pleasant chewiness. the after taste is much better than any of the other MR’s i’ve tried and -matched with a higher protein product- are a great idea for the gym bag or the carry-on.
